Cancellation of Orders:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase to ensure prompt processing and shipping.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via our Contact Us page and select the subject “Cancel order”, including your order number.
To ensure successful cancellation, kindly provide the correct order number. Please note that requests without a valid order number cannot be processed. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–3 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Returned items must be shipped with a trackable shipping method. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund for the product price will be issued.

Refunds and Reshipments:
Our guaranteed delivery period is 50 business days. You may request a refund or reshipment in the following cases:

- You received an incorrect item
- Your order was cancelled within the 6-hour cancellation window
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

- Failure to collect the package from the carrier or customs
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs processing, natural events)
- Cancellation requests made after the 6-hour cancellation window
